In the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” to get one certificate per page (A4 landscape).

This tool runs entirely in your browser; your data is never sent to a server.

How to use

  1. 1Choose the type: participation, 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, or Most Valuable Player.
  2. 2Paste the names, one per line, and type the event name and date.
  3. 3Edit the title and description if needed and add the names and roles of the signatories.
  4. 4Click “Print all / PDF” for one page per person, or download a single certificate as PNG.

How batch certificates work

Every line in the names box becomes its own certificate. Paste a class list of 25 from a spreadsheet and you get 25 certificates; check them one by one with Previous/Next. In the print dialog each certificate lands on its own A4 landscape page. Choose “Save as PDF” to get a single PDF you can email or take to a print shop.

Awards and medal colours

First place gets a gold medal badge, second silver and third bronze; participation certificates show a star and MVP certificates an “MVP” badge. Title and description fill in automatically for each type but can be edited freely – write your own for special awards such as Fair Play, Golden Boot, Player of the Season or Best Goalkeeper.

Printing tips

Schools usually have the head teacher and PE teacher sign, clubs the chair and the tournament director; leave both signature fields empty and no signature lines are drawn. For colour printing turn on “Background graphics” in the print settings. Margins are set to zero; if your printer cannot print to the edge, choose “Fit to page”. US Letter printers will scale the A4 page slightly.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make participation certificates for a whole team?

Choose “Participation”, paste the names one per line, and type the event and date. “Print all / PDF” puts each person’s certificate on its own page.

How do I save the certificates as a PDF?

Click “Print all / PDF” and pick “Save as PDF” as the printer. All certificates are combined into one A4 landscape PDF.

Can I change the title and wording?

Yes. The title, the line above the name and the description are all editable, so you can create a Fair Play or Golden Boot award.

Is my list of names stored anywhere?

No. Names are kept only in this browser and never sent to a server.
