Field and Match Day Tools

Run the game on a full-screen scoreboard, time your sessions with an interval timer and draw lineups and tactics on the pitch.

On match day

A browser on a phone, tablet or a screen in the gym can replace a scoreboard. What you need to track depends on the sport: quarters and the shot clock in basketball, sets in volleyball, games and tie-breaks in tennis. Lineup and tactics boards make the pre-match briefing visual and can be shared with players as an image.

Training and field planning

For interval formats such as Tabata (20 s work, 10 s rest, 8 rounds), EMOM or HIIT, an audible timer keeps your attention on the movement rather than the clock. The field dimensions tool draws official measurements to scale; under the IFAB Laws of the Game, pitches for international matches are 100–110 m long and 64–75 m wide.
